In 2006. By the efforts of "Volga-centre" and Dutch firm DHV had been organised the enterprise «Examination of municipal networks» which primary goal is search and elimination of leaks in water supply systems. The necessary equipment is bought on means of the grant allocated for joint venture with the government of Kingdom of the Netherlands.
